Evaporative Deposition Services

Madico delivers advanced thin film deposition using the evaporation/vapor method, with web widths up to 80" and thicknesses from 36GA–1000GA (9µm–250µm). We deposit metals onto PET, Nylon, polymers, fabrics, and foils with precise thickness control and uniformity to meet demanding specifications.

Electron-Beam Deposition

We provide precision electron-beam deposition with widths from 40"–74" and thicknesses from 0.5–10 mil. This flexibility supports diverse applications and meets the most demanding specifications.

Sputtered Deposition Services
